WiSH Consultancy is a small team of consultants, facilitators and Coach, specializing in behavioural awareness and helping leaders to communicate more effectively. My work draws on the skills and experiences I learned as an actor, which
has given me a great understanding of the subtleties of human behaviour and the tools needed for high impact communication; and also on the first-hand leadership and communications skills I learned as an army officer. One of my key strengths lies in building rapport and trust with clients and delegates, whilst giving perceptive and appropriately challenging insights, which are always tailored towards an individual’s needs and, where possible, relate to their strengths. I have successfully worked to improve skills and performance within a wide array of organisations and industries, helping leaders at all levels to build better self-awareness and to communicate and lead with impact.
